IT investment rises despite bleak economy

There have been 18 investment deals involving Vietnamese IT firms in the first nine months of 2013 amid the back of the ongoing economic crisis, according to a survey carried out by Pham Minh Tuan, founder and CEO of TOPICA Education Group.
